[:timeline recreation:] • process for going over an event from the past • add resources to your past self to see what would have happened • currently, timeline stretches to future and past • float up above timeline; look at self in current moment on timeline • connect with soul while floating • ask soul to guide journey in optimal way • float back over timeline through the past to before beginning of target experience • open to soul and intuition as to what resources would have allows us to go through experience in a difference (preferred) way • maybe: unconditional love, some insight, some wisdom, etc • choose a resource, tap into a source of this resource — e.g. the soul, a person who well-embodies that resource, etc • stream that resource into the past self • drop down into body of past self at some moment in the timeline before the experience had started • look out through our eyes, as we did then, but using all those resources we have provided ourselves • let the timeline progress — slowly, then faster, ff’ing through our lives, as the new version of the self • allow yourself to be surprised and delighted by all the ways the timeline acts differently — dont try to predict change,s just see what happens • reach the end of the experience, and then fast-forward to the current experience of where you are now • entire timeline transformed • • question — if i acted differently, some things would have happened differently (liv not leave) meaning my experience would be externally different • caused a fair amount of internal dissonance when i ff’d to the current moment • scott response: the heart of what we are doing is that we are changing. of course the timeline doesn’t change. but the point is to inspire change within; by going through and having that new life you’re building a pathway in your own nervous system which can then be used • by doing this timeline recreation, your are rebuilding something within, and even if the timeline is not extant the change you have created within is.
