[:neutral healings:] • Our attraction (to pleasure) and aversion (from pain) tends to drive our behaviour. But to, perhaps, too far an extent. The goal of becoming neutral is to drop these attachments/aversions so that we can better make choices true to ourselves, instead of true to our attachments. • Process: • Straighten your spine. Take a hand and extend it outwards. Curl fingers to point above your head, at your soul star. • Draw your hand and fingers down along the axis of your body to your earth star. • Do this action with the intention of becoming neutral towards something in particular. • As you do this movement, speak out loud: "neutral towards [thing], neutral towards [opposite]" • Become neutral to both poles, even if one is "good" and the other "bad" • Repeat if appropriate • If you are experiencing attachment/aversion, but the neutral healing doesn't work, it's possible that you've misidentified what your attachment is to. Try a new target. • Strictly speaking, identifying what you are attached to is not necessary; one can let go of the attachment directly. • To perform this more discreetly, one can leave their arm by their side, and just move fingers, or visualize the process instead of performing it.
