Living Essence Counseling Process
Pre-session
Take 5-15 minutes to connect with yourself first. Hold loving space, meet yourself as you are. Breathe in 5-5 rhythm for at least three breaths. As you breathe, love your own heart and essence; lean into tender care for your entire self, into utter acceptance of, and love for, whatever moment-to-moment experience you actually are having. Connect to your soul star, heart sun, earth star. Take a heart breath, loving your whole self.
Session opening
Take an expanded heart breath and become aware of the three spheres and their unique experience of life within you. Fill that awareness with love. Expand the field to the client, seeing and loving their three spheres and heart essence. Fill that container with love and light, so that the entire session is held in a beautiful protective golden orb-space. We will maintain this container until the ending of the session.
Prayer
Within the contain, make the following prayer1.
I pray with my whole heart and soul and mind and might, in the name of the universal Christ heart-essence, the heart of all life, to the mother, father, and child of the world, and to the one life: that this session, all my evolutionary work, and the whole Living Essence project and community as a whole will be of the greatest possible service to this being I’m helping, to all the communities we’re a part, and to the one life, that it may possibly be. I pray with absolute faith in the response: that it is so.
Within this prayer attune to the soul of the client as the primary guide of the session. Ask their soul to guide you as an intermediary/conduit between the client’s soul and conscious self. Rest for a moment within the reality that it is so, that this session, that’s happening right now, is of the greatest service. Realign with loving oneself.
Session
This opened space is completely sacred and exists for the evolution of the client and the one life. Prompt the client to open up to it in whatever way feels natural for them. For instance, you may say:
“This space exists for you and you are welcome to share anything that is emerging for you”
or simply:
“I invite you to share how you’re doing”
Listen wholeheartedly, and reflect what you hear, keeping connected with the client’s soul in the process.
Closing
Connect to love and gratitude for everyone involved in the session. This includes oneself, the client, all parts of self and client, the soul field, the nature field, the Living Essence field and community, ...
(If doing a self-session) Now is the time to extract something from it. How do you want to bring this session into the future? Synthesize some forward-facing intention, vision, or insight. Perhaps envision a potential version of oneself that is living and totally embodying the insights discovered in the session. Bring the vision into the center of one’s chest, plant it like a seed inside your heart-sun; let its eminations guide your being to becoming that vision. In the future all you need to reconnect to that vision is to touch your heart again. Perhaps write something down for your future self, encapsulating the found gem(s) of the session into a visual/linguistic prompt.
Finally, release the magical protective space of the session. Reintegrate into the current moment, individuality, and the human self.
With all of these steps, feel free to bend the form and get creative!
This prayer is intentionally constructed and chock-full of powerful details, and it’s worth some discussion.
“I pray with my whole heart and soul and mind and might” — acts to align different dimensions of oneself (heart ~ emotional body, soul, mind ~ mental body, might ~ etheric body and will to engage)
“in the name of the universal Christ heart-essence” — aligns the prayer with the Christ-heart essence of the one life. Purifies us. Note that “Christ” here is not a reference to Jesus Christ but to the Christ principle/energy that Jesus embodied (in some ways)
“to the mother, father, and child of the world” — the Christ essence is the child principle of the world. There is also a mother and father principle. These three divine beings are overseers/conductors of the universal process and literally hold the world together We’re sending out a prayer to these beings, in the name of the one life. To these beings who have the power to intervene with support for us!
“with absolute faith in the response” — moves us into absolute knowledge that it is the case that our session is of the greatest good it can be. Extremely activating and important for creative effect.
